We continue our review of the ever-popular GraphiStudio books, now featuring the smaller companions available with your Primary book order. We take a good look at the little soft cover 2.5×2.5 and 4×4 pocket books that became a big hit with many photographers, as well as the 6×6 and 4×4 hardback Parent books with dust jackets.
We like the quality and impression of these GraphiStudio companion books, so an improved rating for this big supplier! Overall: Album Quality: Print Quality: Customer Service: Packaging:
There have been many sizes, colors and styles added to the press printed books that are available by White House Custom Color. I’ve always ordered the 10×10 size for guest books, but now there are even more sizes to choose from, including 5×5, 7×7, 8×8, 10×10, 5×7 (H&V), and H 8.5×11, 11×14. They also have added to their cover options in linen, leather and a photographic option. With 7 sizes and 7 cover options, you could mix and match to meet nearly any request! We’ll need to get ahold of a ‘hinged page’ version to show you ~ the lay-flat pages are very nice and might be a good option for you if you are looking to do a coffee table book of a fun photo collection. (I have a pet session that might be perfect for this kind of book.)
With so many sizes and colors, you may want to check them out!

Our latest What’s in the Box featured a gorgeous design created by Robin for one of her own wedding clients. Photographed at the beautiful Carnegie Museum here in Pittsburgh, offering a grand setting for this sophisticated celebration, emphasized well in the beautiful images and design theme. You can check out the full design by clicking the image.
In this review we questioned the font choices on Graphi’s classic covers. It appears that there is no choice of font, and that the default debossing is a classic serif font. However, it also appears that the default font for the metallic and, perhaps, the crystal glance is a script font.
