Image Refinement by

Digital images
need to be processed. This processing may be generalized corrections to
achieve suitable balance, as well as more refined manipulations to achieve a
distinct look. We offer these services for the photographer too busy to
manage in-house processing, who wants to work on their business growth instead
of the post-production tedium, or simply wants more freedom to enjoy life with
family and friends.
It’s like
dropping your film off at the lab.
We offer a full
selection of post-production services. We price these services per image
because it just makes the most sense to us. You pay for the files
submitted and the work to be performed on each one. And you’ll always know
what each collection will cost so that you can better manage your event
expenses.
Editing
is the
selection of images from a larger collection. The selected images are the
ones to receive processing or be used to create a beautiful album. Our
many years of experience in the industry have provided us the critical skills to
make appropriate edits. Of course, you may edit your own collection and
send us the images for processing and refinement.
Processing
is the task of image optimization. These can be RAW or JPEG images needing
general adjustments to white balance, exposure, color and contrast, as well as
grayscale conversion. It also includes the use of Presets to produce
images that reflect your specific style. We define Processing as any image
optimization that can be performed in Adobe Camera Raw or Adobe Lightroom.
Artistic
Enhancements
are refinements
that require Photoshop, with or without the use of Actions. We are highly
skilled in Photoshop and happy to provide this service. You may select the
images, or provide us guidelines for making the selections and appropriate
enhancements. And you are welcome to provide us your favorite Actions, or
we can create them for you
We always begin
by learning your preferences and examining your style so we can provide you with
pleasing images. You’ll specify your preferences when placing your order.
This will give us a basis for optimization. For all first submissions, we
will post an online gallery of results for feedback and further refinement if
necessary.
